Sunday afternoon, I met Justine and Tim for their engagement session in Atlantic Beach, NC, and was immediately greeted by relentless 25mph winds with gusts over 30mph.

Despite the chaotic weather whipping through the dunes and tossing hair in every direction, we embraced the challenge with laughter and determination.

Justine’s dress danced wildly in the wind, and Tim held onto her with both love and the necessity of keeping steady. Between gusts, we found moments of calm—just enough to capture their connection amid the storm. It wasn’t the easiest session, but through the windblown chaos, we created something beautifully real, proving that love (and a good sense of humor) can weather anything.

Their October wedding will be pretty amazing oceanside with friends and family!
